Most ATRO product is backed by a three-year parts warranty (see chart below for conditions and exceptions).  During the warranty period beginning with the date of installation, ATRO will replace defective product at no charge. ATRO warranties defective product only.  Product that has remained on the vehicle past the warranty period or product not sold by ATRO is not covered under warranty. ATRO’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective product and conditional labor reimbursement through an authorized ATRO distributor (see chart below for conditions and exceptions).

A product is determined to be defective if a polyurethane to metal bond breaks, an internal component fit is loose, or if the product exhibits obvious signs of wear that will lead to premature failure under normal use. Overloading of the product or any other abnormal use voids warranty.

Labor warranty coverage depends upon the method of installation:

-Three year parts / one year labor warranty if the ATRO product is installed onto the vehicle by an authorized ATRO installer (see chart below for conditions and exceptions).

-Three year parts / three year labor warranty if the ATRO product outfitted throughout the entire application (for example, all end and center bushings/bolster springs, adapter kits, and torque rods/bushings on a walking beam suspension, or all 8 insulator pads and torque rods/bushings on a Mack suspension (see chart below for conditions and exceptions).

ATRO will reimburse labor charges to authorized distributors or installers at the rate of 75% of their published labor rates.  ATRO does not offer labor warranty on exchange walking beam programs or over the counter sales.

EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY:

MIXING ATRO POLYURETHANE PRODUCT WITH RUBBER PRODUCT OR COMPETITIVE POLYURETHANE PRODUCT WITHIN THE SAME APPLICATION VOIDS ALL WARRANTY.

SUSPENSION REBUILD KITS MUST BE COMPLETELY INSTALLED IN THE SUSPENSION BY AN ATRO AUTHORIZED INSTALLER IN ORDER TO BE COVERED BY WARRANTY.  IF ONLY A PORTION OF THE KIT IS INSTALLED, WARRANTY IS VOID.

USE OF ATRO POLYURETHANE BUSHINGS IN ALUMINUM TORQUE ROD APPLICATIONS IS NOT RECOMMENDED AND SUCH USE WILL VOID WARRANTY.

Warranty return procedure:

1)  Please file warranty claim within 30 days of product failure for warranty consideration
2)  Call ATRO customer service at 800-325-6114 to obtain an RMA number. 
3)  Return product within 30 days along with invoice or work order (to document date of original product installation) and labor claim if applicable.  RMA will expire in 30 days.  Product and paperwork should be sent to ATRO, 1250 Airport Rd., Sullivan, MO  63080  USA, attn: Warranty Processing, freight prepaid, for inspection.

Failure to follow these procedures will fully and completely release ATRO and/or its distributors from any obligation or liability.  ATRO Engineered Systems, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any failure, damages or injuries that may result from not adhering to all federal and state approved shop safety practices and industry standard installation procedures.
